First: the eating in Heaven
After a while, you will learn about the types of food in Paradise. you will find grilled meat, especially birds, cod liver oil - any seafood - you will find fruit - But you will not find juices from these fruits, perhaps because they are unhealthy, and eating fruits is healthier for health, but you will not hear about eating fried foods, for example, or the so-called Junk foods, what this means is that heaven is a healthy life, even though God Almighty says to something, be, and it is, If they fall ill, they will recover, but the protocol is imposed on eating,
drinking, and wearing sustainable clothes, And because He is One - Glory be to Him - so the protocol in force in Paradise - so to speak - is not subject to discussion and is not subject to experiment.
Allah says
(وَأَمْدَدْنَاهُم بِفَاكِهَةٍ وَلَحْمٍمِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ) (سورة الطور: 22)
The Almighty said: (And We willprovide them with fruit and meat of whatever they desire) (Surat At-Tur: 22)
Among their food is meat, so theirfirst food in Paradise is the increase of the whale liver , then an ox that grazes from the outskirts of Paradise is sacrificed for them.
These birds are soft, delicious, andtheir necks are as large as the necks of camels, as it came in the hadith of Anas: (...there are birds whose necks are like the necks of camels...)
(Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi).
They are amazing birds that thebeliever desires, and as soon as he desires them, they fall in front of himgrilled. Abdullah bin Masoud (may God be pleased with him) said: “You look at
the bird in Paradise and you desire it, and it is roasted in your hands.” Al-Bazzar included it with an authentic chain of narrators.
Allah says
فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ) (سورة الرحمن: 68)
In them are fruit, palms andpomegranates) (Surat Ar-Rahman: 68).
Allah says
(وَفَاكِهَةٍ مِّمَّايَتَخَيَّرُونَ) (سورة الواقعة: 20)
(And fruit of that which they choose) (Surat Al-Waqi’ah: 20).
Allah says
(فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ) (سورةالرحمن: 68)
Among the fruits of Paradise arepalms, pomegranates, dates and grapes, as the Almighty said: (In both of them are fruit, date-palms, and pomegranates) (Surat Ar-Rahman: 68).
On the authority of Ibn Abbas
mayGod be pleased with them both, he said: “The palm trees of Paradise.” Its wood
is red gold", Its hardness is green emerald, and its fruits are like buckets, a kind of fruit sweeter than honey and softer than froth.On the authority of Abu Hurairah (may God be pleased with him) that the Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: “Al-Ajwa is from Paradise, and there is a cure for poison.” (Sunan Al-Tirmidhi) And he, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (I was shown Paradise, so I ate a cluster of it, and if I had taken it, you would have eaten from it as long as the world remained) (Bukhari narrated it).
Second: The drinking in Heaven
In Paradise there are all kinds ofdrinks and food, in which no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor has it occurred to a human heart, as stated in the Almighty’s saying: {The parable of the Garden in which the righteous are promised; ۖ In it are rivers of water that is not sour, And rivers of milk,the taste of which has not changed, and rivers of wine, a delight for the drinkers, and rivers of filtered honey, and they have in them of all the fruits, and forgiveness from their Lord.} [3] It is clear from the noble verse that the drink of the people of Paradise will consist of:
water
Honey
Milk
wine
ginger
camphor
A drink from Tasnim.
Syrup from Salsabil.
The Heaven's Drinks
There are many drinks of the people of Paradise that arementioned in the Holy Qur’an, and they are as follows: Salsabeel: is water that is easy to drink and passes from the mouth to the throat.It springs from a well in Paradise, and it is called Salsabil because it flows over the people of Paradise wherever they are. This is represented in the saying of the Most High:
{An eye in which is called Salsabil}.
The camphor
It is awell-smelling spring of water, and it is the drink of the righteous in
Paradise.
Ginger
It is a kind ofdrink of the people of Paradise, as it is mentioned in the court of the Almighty’s saying: {And they will drink therein a glass whose flavor is
ginger.}
Milk
It is characterized by its purity, white color anddelicious taste.
Honey
It is a pure, sweet drink that does not contain anyimpurities, and the evidence for this is what was mentioned in the Almighty’s saying: {In it are rivers of non-alcoholic water, and rivers of milk, Its taste has not changed, and rivers of wine are delicious for those who drink, and rivers of filtered honey.}.
Wine
The wine of the people of this world is differentfrom the wine of this world, for it is superior to the wine and immorality of this world, for the wine of Paradise does not go away from the mind, but rather refreshes the soul.
Allah says
{ومزاجه من تسنيم}
Tasnim: it is the spring that runs under the throne, asmentioned in the Almighty’s saying: {And its flavor is from Tasnim}
